Class Descriptions

Gentle Yoga

This class is appropriate for individuals new to exercise, desire a slower paced practice, recovering from an illness/injury or have a disability. The class is well rounded, including a variety of poses and breathing practices. Chairs are used at the beginning of class and throughout as needed for support. In this class, we get down on the floor for some poses. If this is not an option for you, poses can be modified to be performed in the chair.

Yoga 101

This is a four-class session to introduce newcomers to yoga. In this class, you will learn basic yoga poses and breathing techniques.
