What do I need to bring to yoga class?

You can bring your own mat, blanket, blocks, strap, eye pillow to class if you want to use your own. However, all these props are available for you to use. I do recommend purchasing your own yoga gear if you practice with regularity. (Buy items here)

Do I need to be flexible to practice yoga?

No, you do not need to be flexible to practice yoga! This is a common misunderstanding. If you practice yoga regularly, you will become more flexible!

When are your classes? 

Hover over the ‘Classes’ tab at the top of the page and you will see ‘Class Schedule’ there. Click on it to find the current schedule.

What do I wear to a yoga class?

I generally recommend wearing form-fitting workout type clothes that are comfortable, modest and will not restrict movement. We practice barefoot, but you can wear specialty yoga socks that will keep you from slipping while wearing socks. (buy them here)

What do I wear to a Tai Chi class?

Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely without restriction. We do wear tennis shoes for this class.
