Fall is the time of year when we enjoy the warm, spicy aromas that make us yearn for apple cider, pumpkin pie, and hot chocolate with cinnamon sticks. But, we don’t bake pies or make these drinks every day. Rather than reach for a candle, laden with toxins, try essential oils! Here are a few of my favorite essential oil blends that are perfect for this fall season.

Fill your diffuser with water, add the oils for your chosen blend, and diffuse! Fill your house with the warm scents of fall! If you are considering purchasing this diffuser, I recommend buying a Premium Starter Kit, it is a MUCH better deal! See more information below*.
Orange Essential Oil is added to each of my fall blends as it has a lovely, fresh, sweet, citrusy scent and this oil is uplifting and calming to the mind.
Rosemary Essential Oil has a herbaceous, camphorous, woody scent. This oil stimulates memory and reduces mental fatigue.
Clove Essential Oil has a spicy, warm, woody, crisp aroma. A perfect scent for fall blends. This oil is considered to be a mental stimulant and may improve memory.
Frankincense Essential Oil has an enticing aroma that is rich, warm, balsamic, and incense-like. This oil is good for grounding and enhancing spiritual connectedness. This oil blends well with all other oils.
Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil has a spicy, warm, intense aroma that makes us think of fall and is an excellent oil to have on hand for fall blends.
Ginger Essential Oil has a spicy-woody, warm, fresh scent. Besides being an excellent oil for digestive issues, the scent is perfect to add into your autumn blends, think gingerbread, mmmm!
Thieves Essential Oil has a delightful, spicy, warm aroma. This oil is an essential oil blend made up of 5 different oils (Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus Radiata, Rosemary.) This oil supports the immune system and has a very pleasing scent.
Christmas Spirit Essential Oil is a blend of orange, cinnamon, and spruce essential oils. This warm, spicy, sweet scent taps into the happiness, joy, and comfort of the fall and winter seasons.
Lemon Essential Oil has a citrusy, clear, sweet, scent and when diffused purifies the air, giving an energized feeling.

October 17, 2018 7:06 amWow. I really loved this post. I am a beginner when it comes to essential oils and I’m always trying to learn and research more so this was helpful. I have been thinking of purchasing cinnamon and frankincense essential oils for a while now and I think I finally will. This was kind of the motivation I needed haha.
Thank you for the post!

October 17, 2018 1:53 pmThank you Aanchal! I have been using essential oils for about 6 years now (I think). I love that I have been able to replace many things (including chemically laden cleansers and OTC medications) in my home with essential oils. I also have a post about Lavender oil you might want to read! Thanks for visiting 🙂
